Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Just Travel. This document is informational and does not constitute legal advice; please review with qualified counsel before publication.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Just Travel (the "Service"), provided by Data Sense ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By using Just Travel you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Accounts & Security
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@justtravel.io of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
- Scrape, resell, or systematically extract inventory, pricing, or content without our written permission.
- Submit content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law.
5. AI Output Disclaimer
Just Travel uses AI to generate travel suggestions, itineraries, and other content. These outputs are recommendations only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Fares, availability, and policies change constantly. You are responsible for verifying all details before making any booking or travel decision. We do not guarantee that any suggested option will be available or priced as shown.
6. Bookings & Payments
Where the Service surfaces flights, stays, or activities, those are offered by third-party suppliers and are subject to the supplier's own terms, availability, and confirmation. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed by the supplier. Payments and subscription billing are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Your contract for any travel product is with the relevant supplier unless we expressly state otherwise.
7. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and, except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Data Sense and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial travel planning. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third parties (including suppliers, mapping, payment, and hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.
10. Disclaimers of Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs or supplier data will be accurate or complete.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Sense and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or travel costs, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Data Sense from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute not subject to binding arbitration or a small-claims forum.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
